These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to the towing, vehicle transport, and roadside assistance services provided by Alexis Towing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a licensed and insured Ohio motor carrier operating under USDOT #4451444. By requesting service from us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide local and long-distance towing, flatbed towing, non-running and inoperable vehicle transport, roadside assistance, jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, winch-outs, accident recovery, and junk car removal anywhere in the state of Ohio. Service is dispatched by phone and is subject to truck and driver availability, weather, road conditions, and distance. We do our best to give you an accurate arrival window when you call, but arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Requesting service

When you call us to request service, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are otherwise authorized to have it moved. If you are not the owner, you are responsible for having the owner's permission before we tow or transport the vehicle. We may decline or discontinue any job where ownership or authorization is unclear, where the vehicle or site is unsafe to work in, or where the requested work is outside what our equipment can safely handle.

Quotes and pricing

We quote honest, upfront pricing before we roll. A quote is based on the information you give us at the time you call — pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, and the condition of the vehicle. If the actual job differs from what was described, the final price may change; for example, if the vehicle is not where you said it would be, is not accessible, requires winching or additional recovery equipment, or is in a different condition than described. We will tell you before performing additional work that changes your price.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. You are responsible for any tolls, permits, or third-party charges that a job requires, and for any fees that result from an inaccurate service request.

Cancellations

If your plans change, call us as soon as you can. If a truck has already been dispatched to your location, a charge may apply for the trip.

Your vehicle and personal property

Please remove valuables and personal property from your vehicle before it is towed or transported. We are not responsible for personal property left in, on, or with a vehicle. Vehicles are handled with care by trained operators, and we will note pre-existing damage where practical; you are responsible for telling us about mechanical conditions, modifications, low clearance, aftermarket parts, or anything else that affects how your vehicle must be loaded or secured.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, our liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost time, lost income, towing-related storage arranged by others, or damage that results from a condition of the vehicle that was not disclosed to us. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Use of this website

This site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but content, service descriptions, and coverage areas may change without notice, and nothing on this site is a binding quote. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it. The text, images, logos, and design on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without our consent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm Alexis Towing LLC or anyone else.

Alexis Towing LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (216) 233-6791. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alexis Towing LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (216) 233-6791 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (216) 233-6791. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Alexis Towing LLC collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it.
